My name is Sierra Votaw and I am the Manager of Shoot 360-Lincoln and an Assistant Coach for the Lincoln Christian Varsity and Junior Varsity girls' basketball teams. I grew up in Burke South Dakota and Wilmington North Carolina. With years of experience at both the high school and collegiate levels, I am passionate about helping players develop their skills, basketball IQ, and confidence on the court. As a stretch-4 post player, I played five years of Division I basketball at Mercer University, where I was a two-time Southern Conference Champion, earning two NCAA Tournament appearances. Before my collegiate career began, I was a 2x Conference Player of the Year and 2x All-State selection in high school. Throughout my college career, I served as team captain and made First Team All-Conference.
